An open challenge to Rev. Raphael Warnock

Fr. Frank Pavone, National Director of Priests for Life, said today:

“I have been at Ebenezer Baptist Church (where Rev. Raphael Warnock has been pastor) multiple times for services on the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday.

“Now that he is running again for U.S. Senate, I’d like to invite him to meet up with me one more time, for a prayer service at one of the many burial sites for aborted babies around the country.

“I am sometimes asked to conduct funerals for these babies, some of whom have been killed at 18, 22, or 26 weeks of development.

“At such a service, we would also have moms who aborted their babies and want to grieve them and find the consolation of the Lord.

“Since Rev. Warnock is OK with the process that kills these children, I presume he’s OK with the memorial services once they’ve been killed, and is ready to console those who mourn.

“And since he is not ashamed to promote abortion, I presume he’s not ashamed to let people see the photos of the babies who were buried.

“Moreover, since his friends at MSNBC recently held him up as a good Christian, I would challenge Rev. Warnock to invite them to come and broadcast the service, so that the nation can see what a good and compassionate pastor he is, including to the smallest and most vulnerable human beings and to their grieving families.”
