PJI is enabling businesses and employees across the nation on how to legally resist the new COVID-19 vaccine mandates by President Biden.
Joe Biden ordered widespread vaccination mandates yesterday, demanding that private businesses with over 100 employees insist that their employees receive a COVID vaccination.
The White House released a plan outlining how the Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) would develop a rule forcing that all private companies with 100 or more employees provide evidence that their employees were fully vaccinated or produce weekly negative test results for each employee.
The White House plan also forces the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to require vaccines for workers in health care facilities that receive Medicare or Medicaid reimbursement.
Biden also detailed a plan to mandate all staff in Head Start programs, the Bureau of Indian Education and the Department of Defense schools to get vaccinated.
This raises profound concerns as to whether the federal government has the constitutional authority to impose its will on private businesses in a matter that is left to the States and PJI has the backs of all concerned businesses and their employees of conscience. And like all patriots, we will defend these rights.
“PJI cannot idly sit by and allow such an overreach of government restriction to take place and we stand strong with businesses, business owners and their employees/families in working together to find legal means to protect these organizations. This country was founded on the principals of opportunity and freedom, reducing government oppression and we do not take that for granted” stated PJI Founder/President Brad Dacus.
The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) forbids employers from providing employees’ confidential medical records to any government agency that requests them (if the request is not in direct reference to the employers’ compliance with the tenets of the ADA).
This is also in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act which prohibits discrimination in the workplace based on (in this case) religion. That is, if an American has a sincerely held religious belief against receiving the COVID vaccine, they can be exempted from being forced to get one.
PJI has made it easy and free for employers and employees of conscience to stand up for their rights.
