Father Frank Pavone, National Director of Priests for Life, over the weekend will Tweet out a series of text messages he received over the years from Norma McCorvey, plaintiff in the Roe v. Wade decision and subject of a new documentary.
“The documentary premiering this weekend would have viewers believe Norma’s pro-life conversion was nothing but a financial transaction, and that her words were scripted for her,” Father Pavone said. “I will share some of those texts that give insights to her mindset and that will help people better understand Norma. She was my friend for 22 years, and we kept in contact continuously. I kept all of Norma’s texts and emails, and I know that in order to defend her reputation, she would want me to share those that are pertinent to the current discussion.”
