Pro-life group suing Planned Parenthood, Kamala Harris over video recording laws

EWTN — The Center for Medical Progress and its founder David Daleiden are suing Planned Parenthood, Sen. Kamala Harris and California’s Attorney General for conspiracy to violate civil rights. Daleiden says his undercover videos exposing the sale of baby body parts do not violate California recording law which he contends is being selectively enforced as a political weapon. Tom McClusky, president of March for Life Action, takes a look at this case.
