EWTN — Indiana is co-leading an effort asking the Supreme Court to recognize states’ authority to disqualify abortion clinics as Medicaid providers. Indiana Solicitor General Thomas Fisher tells us about the effort to have the Justices hear the case and how the Medicaid Act has been applied to states in the past.
