COLUMBIA, Mo., Aug. 28, 2025 /Christian Newswire/ — In the wake of recent developments surrounding the One Big Beautiful Bill Act and the ongoing legal battle over taxpayer funding for abortion facilities, Cogency Strategic has partnered with the National Religious Broadcasters association to launch a new national initiative designed to ensure women know where to turn for real help and support.
Cogency Strategic created WomensCareCenters.com, a new nationwide online directory where young women, including those experiencing an unexpected pregnancy, can simply enter their zip code to find a nearby life-affirming women’s health center offering free, compassionate, and confidential care. Services include STI screenings, pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, counseling, and practical assistance.
To raise awareness of this vital nationwide resource, Cogency Strategic has professionally produced eight free public service announcements (PSAs)—four 15-second spots and four 30-second spots—inviting women to visit WomensCareCenters.com and discover the life-affirming support available to them.

The launch comes as Planned Parenthood faces significant challenges. Following the signing of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act on July 4, 2025, which included a one-year $700 million defunding provision, Planned Parenthood appealed, and a federal judge issued an injunction blocking enforcement. The injunction remains in place while the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit considers the case. In the meantime, Planned Parenthood has already announced the closure or pending closure of 41 facilities nationwide, including its massive 78,000-square-foot Houston operation—which had been the largest abortion business in the Western Hemisphere.
Against this backdrop, the new directory and PSAs aim to spread a clear message: women are not without real help, or hope.
