WASHINGTON, Dec. 3, 2025 /Christian Newswire/ — The public will have an opportunity to meet CatholicVote President and CEO Kelsey Reinhardt during a livestream event on YouTube Thursday, December 4, 9 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (8 p.m. central, 7 p.m. mountain, 6 p.m. pacific, 5 p.m. Alaska, 4 p.m. Hawaii).

The event will be hosted by David Bereit, founder of 40 Days for Life, executive director of the Life Leadership Conference, and a popular public speaker. His conversation with Reinhardt will cover current events such as humane enforcement of U.S. immigration laws and the persecution of Christians, especially in Nigeria, as well as Reinhardt’s rich background and plans for CatholicVote, especially as midterm elections approach.

Reinhardt was tapped to lead CatholicVote in June of this year, succeeding Brian Burch, who was named United States ambassador to the Holy See.

Reinhardt joined CatholicVote in 2024 as head of media and evangelization. She began her career working in Catholic public policy and evangelization efforts for the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops before joining the Dominican Sisters of St. Cecilia (a.k.a. Nashville Dominicans), where she spent nearly a decade in consecrated life.

From there, she held senior roles at EWTN News, where she helped launch the first Arabic-language Catholic news agency in Iraq for persecuted Christians and simultaneously led five international news agencies in six languages. She also served as interim executive director of Catholic News Agency.

With theology degrees from Notre Dame and the Augustine Institute, both magna cum laude, and as an alumnus of Notre Dame’s winning Fighting Irish women’s basketball team, Reinhardt chairs the board of FIERCE Athlete, an organization created to “empower female athletes to thrive in their God-given identity and femininity.”

Among other things, CatholicVote publishes The LOOP, a free daily news digested distributed by email, and El LAZO, its Spanish-language equivalent. CatholicVote is America’s top Catholic advocacy organization, leading the fight for faith, family, and freedom. Its mission is to inspire every Catholic in America to live out the truths of the Catholic faith in public life. It is an official partner of the White House America 250 semiquincentennial initiative.
