EWTN — Howard County, Maryland reverses a policy that would have banned Catholic Churches from distributing the Eucharist, after concerns were raised by the Archdiocese of Baltimore. The restriction was initially put in place as the county planned for the phased reopening of houses of worship. Correspondent Mark Irons has the latest.
