“A judge in Oklahoma last week upheld that state’s law that protects the unborn from the barbarity of dismemberment abortion, becoming the first judge in the nation to do so. I guarantee she will not be the last,” Father Pavone said.
“Also last week, the once reliably liberal Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals allowed President Trump’s Protect Life Rule to proceed even as it is challenged, depriving Planned Parenthood, the nation’s largest abortion seller, of $60 million of taxpayer funding. The fruits of the president’s nominations to the federal bench can be seen in this ruling from the Ninth Circuit.”
“And today, proving again just how out of step the Democrats are with the American people, presidential hopeful Joe Biden proposed forcing Americans to pay for abortion, something the majority of taxpayers clearly don’t want. But this is not a Joe Biden problem; it’s a problem with the Democrat Party platform and every one of its presidential hopefuls.”
“And on the state level, abortion extremists in some places have pushed through laws that their constituents don’t support, but even those laws are being challenged,” Father Pavone said, pointing to an effort in Illinois to repeal a new law that establishes abortion as a fundamental right. “There can be no denying that life is winning.”
