File this under “Profaning that which is sacred.” We can say that about any abortion but to some, that is especially so about the performance of abortions in South Bend, Indiana, home to the University of Notre Dame. For now, South Bend is abortion free, but a “deeply funded” Texas-based abortion firm is seeking to get a license to perform abortions there.
Whole Woman’s Health Alliance applied for a license last year to terminate preborn babies in South Bend, Indiana, which has no other abortion facilities – but the state refused. The abortion company appealed to an administrative judge who overturned that decision. But Mike Fichter of Indiana Right to Life tells OneNewsNow that a three-member panel overruled that on Wednesday, meaning South Bend will remain abortion-free.
We can be sure that they are prepared to take this all the way to the Supreme Court, if necessary.
